Introduction
Thank you for shopping at BookzCart. We value your satisfaction and are committed to providing a pleasant shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 17 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Refund Eligibility for Physical Books
We will accept returns and issue refunds for physical books under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective: If the book is received damaged or defective.
- Incorrect Item: If you receive a different book than the one you ordered.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hey@bookzcart.in with details of the product and the defect. We will provide instructions on how to return the item. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will ship you a replacement at no additional cost.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at hey@bookzcart.in
