1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments through secure third-party payment gateways, including:

  • Razorpay (UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, Wallets)

All transactions are processed securely, and BookzCart does not store your complete payment details.

2. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹)
  • Prices displayed on the website are final unless otherwise specified
  • Any applicable charges will be clearly shown at checkout before payment

3. Taxes (GST)

  • Physical Books:
    • As per current Indian tax regulations, printed books are exempt from GST
  • Digital Products (Audio Books / eBooks):
    • GST is applicable as per prevailing government rates
    • The applicable GST amount will be included in the final price displayed at checkout

4. Payment Confirmation

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization
  • In case of payment failure:
    • The order will not be processed
    • If any amount is debited, it will be reversed by the payment provider as per their timeline

5. Failed or Delayed Transactions

  • If your payment is successful but order confirmation is not received:
    • Please contact us with transaction details
  • Refunds for failed or duplicate transactions (if any) will be processed to the original payment method

6. Refunds

  • All refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy
  • Refund timelines:
    • Typically 5 to 10 business days, depending on the payment method and provider

7. Security

  • Payments are processed via Razorpay, which uses industry-standard security measures
  • BookzCart does not store sensitive financial information such as full card details or CVV
