At BookzCart, we strive to ensure that you receive the correct products in good condition. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, and cancellations are accepted.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept return requests only under the following conditions:
- The product delivered is damaged, or
- The product delivered is incorrect (wrong item)
Returns will not be accepted for any other reasons, including change of mind.
2. Return Timeframe
- Customers must raise a return request within 7 days from the date of delivery
- Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition
- The product must be returned with original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) must be provided
- Clear evidence (such as images/videos) of damage or incorrect item must be submitted
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order ID and issue details
- Share supporting images/videos as requested
Once approved:
- We will arrange a reverse pickup or
- Request you to ship the product to our designated address (details will be shared)
5. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed only after successful inspection of the returned product
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after approval
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed
- If canceled successfully, a full refund will be issued
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following cases are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products returned after 7 days
- Products not in original condition or without packaging
- Damage caused due to misuse or mishandling by the customer
- Requests without valid proof
8. Important Notes
- BookzCart reserves the right to approve or reject any return request after verification
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the issue is due to our error
- In case of repeated or suspicious return requests, we may restrict future orders
